Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base through active community engagement and networking.
• Identify the specific insurance needs of families and small businesses in the Branson area.
• Present personalized insurance solutions including auto, home, life, and commercial coverage.
• Manage existing policyholder relationships to ensure they remain properly protected as their lives evolve.
• Collaborate with the Homestead District team to sharpen your sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to state insurance regulations.

Requirements

• Missouri Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Missouri Life and Health insurance license.
• Previous background in sales, customer service, or relationship management.
• Clean background check and credit history.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Residency in or around Branson, Missouri.
• Capability to build and maintain a professional network from scratch.
