Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support marketing initiatives with a strong focus on event planning and coordination. This role will assist with the planning, organization, and execution of corporate events, meetings, conferences, and special events while helping ensure a seamless experience for attendees, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating corporate events, meetings, conferences, and special events.
• Provide logistical support for venues, catering, transportation, accommodations, audiovisual needs, and event materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, including requesting quotes, confirming services, and following up on deliverables.
• Maintain event timelines, schedules, checklists, and planning documents.
• Assist with invitations, attendee lists, registrations, event communications, and promotional materials.
• Support on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown as needed.
• Assist with marketing projects, social media, email communications, and other promotional activities.
• Maintain organized vendor, event, and marketing records.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing and events team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, business administration, or a related field.
• Bilingual preferred - English & Spanish
• Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with website content management systems, email marketing platforms, or social media tools is a plus.
