In this mission-driven role, you will offer survivor-centered advocacy, listen without judgment, help individuals consider safety options, and connect them with shelter, counseling, hotline, and community resources. You will maintain confidentiality, document services responsibly, and collaborate with colleagues and community partners. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, empathy, sound boundaries, and a commitment to respect, safety, and empowerment. Relevant advocacy or social-service experience is preferred. Help survivors access support, strengthen safety, and take steps toward healing while contributing to community education and abuse prevention.
