Location Highlights
Vail, Colorado offers mountain access with Gore Creek running through town and Vail Mountain rising directly adjacent to the hospital area. The Vail Village pedestrian district and Lionshead Village provide shopping and dining within minutes, while I-70 connects Vail to Denver in about 2 hours. Outdoor options include skiing at Vail Mountain and hiking in White River National Forest, which surrounds the area and offers year-round recreation. Betty Ford Alpine Gardens sits in town at over 8,000 feet elevation, and Eagle County Regional Airport is about 35 miles west for regional travel access.
