The Valet is often the first and last point of contact for Belmont Village guests helping set the tone for their day. The ideal candidate has prior Valet experience, is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates a commitment to exceptional hospitality. They excel in a fast-paced, active position, collaborate effectively, and work efficiently.Your Typical ResponsibilitiesGreeting arriving and departing guests in an efficient and warm mannerEnsuring safe operation of the customer's vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinancesProviding parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticketResponding to guest inquiries and resolving guest concerns as neededAssisting with package delivery within the community as neededMaking hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessaryThe certification says Great Place to Work®.
